to replace traditional desk phones with mobile phones or
wireless desk cellular telephones.

25. Voice and Video Engineering and Operations 150,109 2 230,852
Continue funding and add regular authority for two positions
consisting of one Administrative Clerk and one
Communications Electrician. The Administrative Clerk provides
support for Citywide telephone management which includes
the Mobile Worker Program. The Communications Electrician
provides support for data network operations. Related costs
consist of employee benefits.
