Priority Outcome: Make Los Angeles the best run big city in America
This program determines representation units for City employees, arranges for elections in such units,
determines the validity of charges of unfair practices by management or employee organizations, and
maintains lists of impartial third parties for use in the resolution of impasses. The Board is authorized to
resolve matters relating to the composition of representation units and Unfair Employee Relations Practices
(UERPs).
