Cannabis Regulation

                                                Regulations and Licensing
           Priority Outcome: Create a more livable and sustainable city
           This program develops rules and regulations to implement local and State law pertaining to cannabis use,
           administers the application, licensing, renewal, and revocation processes for cannabis businesses, and
           coordinates with other city departments to ensure timely completion of inspections, audits, and associated
           functions.
