Continue funding and resolution authority for 23 positions
consisting of three Transportation Engineers, nine
Transportation Engineering Associate lls, seven Transportation
Engineering Associate llls, one Transportation Engineering
Associate IV, one Management Analyst, one Senior
Transportation Engineer, and one Senior Accountant II to
support the implementation and management of highway and
transportation capital grant-funded projects. Funding is
provided by the Proposition C Anti-Gridlock Transit Fund and
will be reimbursed by the various grantors as part of the
Transportation Grant Annual Work Program. Related costs
consist of employee benefits.

Planning
Continue funding and resolution authority for two positions
consisting of one Transportation Engineering Associate III and
one Transportation Planning Associate II to provide planning
and grant application support for the Affordable Housing and
Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program. The positions will
serve on an inter-departmental team to focus on the annual
AHSC grant cycle. See related Bureaus of Engineering and
Street Lighting, and Housing and Community Investment

Add nine-months funding and resolution authority for two
positions consisting of one Transportation Engineering
Associate II, subject to pay grade determination by the Office
of the City Administrative Officer, Employee Relations Division,
and one Transportation Engineering Associate II to lead the
implementation and project delivery phase of the Affordable
Housing and Sustainable Communities Grant program. These
positions are fully reimbursed by grant funds. See related
