and two Rehabilitation Construction Specialist Is to remove
lead-based paint from low income households with children six
and under at risk of lead poisoning. One vacant Administrative
Clerk is not continued. Five positions were previously
authorized as off-budget resolution authorities for the Lead
Hazard Remediation Program. Funding is provided by the Lead
Grant 12 Fund ($492,856) and the Community Development
Trust Fund ($153,310). Related costs consist of employee
