the largest element of Franchise Income. Current year Franchise income
revenue is estimated to be $77.1 million, and 2021-22 is projected to be $76.7
million based on departmental estimates.

The Parking Fines estimates are based on actual collection trend.

The Department of Water and Power (DWP) provides a portion of certain
revenue from the prior year to the City as Power Revenue Transfer. DWP has
approved a transfer of $218.4 million this fiscal year. The 2021-22 forecast of
$219.1 million is based on average of low and high estimates provided by
DWP.

Ex-CRA Tax Increment current year and 2021-22 revenue are projected based
on trend analysis.
