funding and regular authority for one Civil Engineering
Associate II. These positions will provide design, construction
management, and project management for treatment plant
projects. One Civil Engineering Drafting Technician is not
continued. Funding is provided by the Sewer Construction and
Maintenance Fund. Related costs consist of employee
benefits.
