Add six-months funding and resolution authority for two
positions consisting of one Civil Engineer and one Civil
Engineering Associate II, subject to pay grade determination by
the Office of the City Administrative Officer, Employee
Relations Division, to provide construction management
support for the Sixth Street Viaduct Park, Arts, and River
Connectivity (PARC) Improvements Project. These positions
will be fully reimbursed by project funds. Related costs consist
of employee benefits.

Employee Relations Division, to develop a plan for
decarbonization of the City's facilities and a tracking and
reporting mechanism for the City's progress. Related costs
