Delete funding and regular authority for 117 positions as a
result of the Separation Incentive Program (SIP). Resolution
authority positions that are not continued as part of SIP are
reflected in the Deletion of Funding for Resolution Authorities
item. Partial funding is provided by the Special Gas Tax Fund
($3,786,026), Proposition A Local Transit Assistance Fund
($101,664), Stormwater Pollution Abatement Fund
($245,516), Measure R Local Return Fund ($1,007,775), and
Sidewalk Repair Fund ($630,468). Related costs consist of
employee benefits.
