Restore funding in the Contractual Services account that was
reduced on a one-time basis in the 2021-22 Budget.

Efficiencies to Services

9. Expense Account Reductions (200,000) - (200,000)
Reduce funding in the Medical Supplies ($100,000) and
Animal Food/Feed and Grain ($100,000) accounts on a one-
time basis to reflect anticipated expenditures, which include
savings achieved due to Departmental efficiencies and
expenditure reductions. An additional $200,000 for medical
supplies and animal food is provided off-budget through the
Animal Welfare Trust Fund.
