Program Operations
Priority Outcome: Create a more livable and sustainable city
This program oversees the delivery of services funded from grants including the Community Development
Block Grant, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS, and the Emergency Solutions Grant which is
administered through the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. The services include counseling and
case management, rental housing subsidies, social and supportive services, minor home repairs,
neighborhood improvement construction, homeless services and prevention, and program and grant
management.
