The Employee Relations Division of the Office of the City Administrative Officer (CAO) serves as the central hub for labor relations and workforce management for the City of Los Angeles. Tasked with representing the City in formal labor negotiations, the Division provides and maintains critical resources for both management and staff, including Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with various labor organizations and updated salary range tables, as listed below.
