General Administration and Support
This program includes executive and administrative management for the Office of the City Attorney. Functions
include determining office policies and procedures; overall supervision of all personnel, including those
assigned to the proprietary departments; and performance of various administrative functions, including
budget, finance, human resources, and oversight of the contracts and funding associated with outside legal
counsel for all City departments, including proprietaries.
