Franchise System for Commercial and Multi-Family Solid
Waste Collection (also known as RecycLA). Continue funding
in the Printing and Binding ($98,500), Transportation
($94,000), Uniforms ($15,000), Office and Administrative
($21,800), and Operating Supplies ($77,683) accounts.
Funding is provided by the Citywide Recycling Trust Fund.
Related costs consist of employee benefits.

for the administration of the City's Exclusive Franchise System
for Commercial and Multi-Family Solid Waste Collection (also
known as RecycLA). Add one-time funding in the Contractual
Services Account for waste characterization studies to ensure
that franchise haulers are meeting waste diversion goals as set
forth in the Franchise Agreements. Funding is provided by the
Citywide Recycling Trust Fund. Related costs consist of

oil collection centers. Funding is provided by the Used Oil
Collection Trust Fund. Related costs consist of employee
benefits.
