Continue funding and resolution authority for seven positions
consisting of five Refuse Collection Truck Operator IIs and two
Communications Information Representative IIs to implement
the bulky item pickup program for approximately 140,000 multi-
family residences of five or more units. Funding is provided by
the Multi-Family Bulky Item Fee Fund. Related costs consist of
employee benefits.

Continue funding and resolution authority for four positions
consisting of one Senior Environmental Engineer and three
Environmental Engineering Associate IIs to support the
Residential Organics and Recycling Program. These positions
lead the effort to develop a plan to achieve zero waste.
Funding is provided by the Solid Waste Resources Revenue
Fund ($143,504) and Citywide Recycling Trust Fund
($292,196). Related costs consist of employee benefits.
