                       No preliminary estimate for Countywide growth in 2020 assessed valuations is available from the County Assessor, which would
                       have otherwise served as the basis for City 2020-21 estimated property tax growth. The Assessor will release its assessment roll
                       forecast in May.
                       City assessed valuations have been a stable component of Countywide valuations, but its share has increased in recent years as
                       City growth has outpaced that of the County. Growth in City valuations for the 2020 tax period is again projected to exceed growth
                       in Countywide valuations.
