                taxes. Unsecured property is typically business equipment not attached to a building. Personal residences are
                exempt from unsecured property taxes. The estimate for 2019-20 has been revised to reflect actual receipts, as no
                significant remittances are expected before July. The estimate for 2020-21 assumes lower receipts considered at
                risk as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and recession.
