5. Deletion of Funding for Resolution Authorities (1,358,914) - (2,123,164)
Delete funding for 25 resolution authority positions.
Resolution authorities are reviewed annually and continued
only if sufficient funding is available to maintain the current
service level. Related costs consist of employee benefits.

Three positions are continued as regular positions:
Veterinary Medical Support (Two positions)
Public Information Director (One position)

Nine positions are continued:
Animal Licensing Canvassing Program (Six positions)
Administrative Citation Enforcement Program (Two positions)
District Supervisor (One position)

13 positions are not continued as a result of the Separation
Incentive Program:
Animal Licensing Canvassing Program (Two positions)
Animal Care Staffing Support (Six positions)
Veterinary Medical Support (Four positions)
Call Center System Support (One position)

one-time budget reduction, to reflect anticipated expenditures,
which include savings achieved due to Departmental
efficiencies and expenditure reductions.

8. One-Time Salary Reduction (100,000) - (130,619)
Reduce funding in the Salaries General Account, as a one-
time budget reduction, to reflect savings generated by
maintaining vacancies. Related costs consist of employee
benefits.
