The following changes involve two or more budgetary programs. These changes are explained below and
apportioned as single entries in the affected programs. Single-program changes are shown only in the
programs involved.

Partial funding is provided by various special funds
($2,885,796).

6. Deletion of Funding for Resolution Authorities (19,769,712) - (28,761,594)
Delete funding for 211 resolution authority positions. An
additional position was approved during 2020-21. Five
positions were moved from off-budget to on-budget.
Resolution authorities are reviewed annually and continued
only if sufficient funding is available to maintain the current
service level. Related costs consist of employee benefits.
