This program works to maximize the use and efficiency of City-owned real estate by engaging in master
planning, managing and providing oversight of real-estate related transactions, and identifying development

Continue funding and resolution authority for one Principal
Project Coordinator to provide administrative oversight support
for the CRA/LA Bond Oversight Program and support
development projects in the City's Opportunity Zones. Funding
is provided by the CRA Non-Housing Bond Proceeds Fund.

19. Van Nuys Parking Lot Plan 1,000,000 - 1,000,000
Add one-time funding in the Contractual Services Account for
the Van Nuys Parking Lot Plan. Funding will be used to
conduct studies, outreach, and market analysis on the best use
of the parking lots and potentially on a Request for Proposals
for the development of the parking lots.
