                Account for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
                cost reimbursement consistent with the provisions of the
                Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and
                the City Attorneys' representation units. Add one-time funding
                in the Salaries General Account for upfront MCLE costs in
                accordance with the MOU.

             9. Cannabis Enforcement Regulation                                1,660,693         -     2,395,476
                Continue funding and resolution authority for seven Deputy
                City Attorney IIs within the Marijuana Enforcement Unit in the
                Criminal and Special Litigation Branch to enforce and
                prosecute illegal cannabis operations in the City of Los
                Angeles, and four positions consisting of one Assistant City
                Attorney, one Deputy City Attorney III, one Deputy City
                Attorney II, and one Legal Secretary II, within the Cannabis
                Advice and Litigation Unit to support the Department of
                Cannabis Regulation. Funding for the four positions in the
                Cannabis Advice and Litigation Unit is provided by the
                Cannabis Regulation Special Revenue Trust Fund
                ($667,652). Related costs consist of employee benefits.

           Other Changes or Adjustments
            10. Funding Realignment                                                    -         -             -
                Transfer funding between the General Fund and various
                special purpose funds to align with anticipated expenditures
                to support the Housing Department and the Community
                Investment For Families Department. There will be no change
                to the level of services provided nor to the overall funding
                provided to the Department.
