facilities. Add funding and regular authority for one Accounting
Clerk to support utility services at City facilities. Related costs
consist of employee benefits

Continue funding and add regular authority for three positions
consisting of one Building Construction and Maintenance
Superintendent, one Electrician Supervisor, and one Electrician
to support solar installations at various City facilities. These
positions were approved during 2021-22 (C.F. 21-1039).
