consisting of two Senior Management Analyst Is, seven
Management Analysts, and five Senior Administrative Clerks to
support applicant review, support investigations of residents'
complaints regarding commercial cannabis activity, and
monitor compliance of businesses lawfully engaged in
commercial cannabis activity. Continue one-time funding in the
Salaries As-Needed ($50,000), Overtime General ($50,000),
and Office and Administrative ($25,000) accounts for
inspections, hearing services, and office supplies. Funding is
provided by the Cannabis Regulation Special Revenue Trust
Fund. Related costs consist of employee benefits.
