consisting of one Public Information Director I, two Public
Relations Specialist Is, and two Management Analysts to
support the Department's Community Engagement and Public
Policy programs. Funding is provided by the Cannabis
Regulation Special Revenue Trust Fund. Related costs consist
of employee benefits.

Add funding and continue resolution authority for five positions
consisting of two Senior Management Analyst Is, two
Management Analysts, and one Senior Management Analyst I,
subject to pay grade determination by the Office of the City
Administrative Officer, Employee Relations Division, to
coordinate inspections and issue notices to correct, in order to
ensure cannabis businesses comply with all relevant City
regulations. These positions were approved during 2021-22
(C.F. 21-1083). Funding is provided by the Cannabis
Regulation Special Revenue Trust Fund. Related costs consist
of employee benefits.

Add funding and continue resolution authority for seven
positions consisting of one Senior Management Analyst I, five
Management Analysts, and one Senior Administrative Clerk to
facilitate the compliance of cannabis businesses with the
California Environmental Quality Act and annual state licensing
requirements. These positions were approved during 2021-22
(C.F. 21-1083). Funding is provided by the Cannabis
Regulation Special Revenue Trust Fund. Related costs consist
of employee benefits.
