authority for 77 positions consisting of one Sanitation Solid
Resources Manager I, two Solid Resources Superintendent,
three Refuse Collection Supervisors, three Senior
Environmental Compliance Inspectors, 14 Environmental
Compliance Inspectors, 21 Refuse Collection Truck Operator
IIs, 28 Maintenance Laborers, one Sanitation Wastewater
Manager I, two Chief Environmental Compliance Inspector Is,
and two Senior Management Analyst Is, subject to pay grade
determination by the Office of the City Administrative Officer,
Employee Relations Division. These positions were approved
during 2021-22 (C.F. 21-0031). The positions will staff 22
CARE+ and 5 CARE teams. Continue one-time funding in the
Salaries As-Needed ($200,000), Overtime General
($2,011,770), Contractual Services ($9,437,807), Field
Equipment Expense ($2,518,251), Uniforms ($154,550), Office
and Administrative ($111,500), and Operating Supplies
($2,530,937) accounts. Related costs consist of employee
benefits.
