                       Expenditures for these projects are to be made at the discretion of the individual Council Offices.

               7.      COVID-19  Emergency  Response  and  Project  Roomkey  COVID-19  Emergency  Response:  The
                       unencumbered balance remaining in these accounts will be reappropriated in the same amounts and
                       into the same accounts that exist on June 30, 2022.
