12. Program Realignment - - -
Transfer positions and funding between budgetary programs
to reflect the Department's current organizational structure.
There will be no change to the level of services provided nor
to the overall funding provided to the Department.
13. Funding Realignment - - -
Realign funding totaling $4,837,593 among various funds to
reflect the anticipated expenditures of the Department. There
will be no net change to overall funding provided to the
Department.

14. Elimination of Classification Pay Grades - - -
Amend employment authority for all positions in the Payroll
Supervisor classification. All Payroll Supervisor I and Payroll
Supervisor II positions are transitioned to Payroll Supervisor.
This action is in accordance with the elimination of pay grades
for this classification. There is no net change to the overall
number of positions within the Department.
