SPECIAL PURPOSE FUND APPROPRIATIONS
Asset Management and Inventory System - Funds were provided to 800,000 -
develop the Asset Management and Inventory system.
Capital Improvement Expenditure Program* - Funds are provided 30,239,881 18,306,512
for the design and construction of various street related projects,
including flood control projects and safety-related lighting projects.
Complete Streets - Funds were provided for the reconstruction of 1,423,954 -
failed streets and Vision Zero safety improvements as part of the
Complete Streets Program. This item was previously titled Street
Reconstruction/Vision Zero Projects.
Concrete Streets* - Funds are provided for the reconstruction of 427,835 1,258,741
concrete streets citywide.
Cool Slurry - Funds are provided for the application of Cool Slurry - 2,000,000
treatments to prevent further deterioration of the roadway.
Failed Street Reconstruction* - Funds are provided for the 3,800,401 3,512,623
reconstruction of failed pavement streets across the City.
Pavement Preservation Program* - Funds are provided for - 23,996,188
resurfacing, slurry sealing, and asphalt repairs to prevent further
deterioration in the overall condition of the City street system.
Sidewalk Repair Access Request Acceleration - Funds were 10,000,000 -
provided to accelerate sidewalk repair requests to safely separate
vehicular and pedestrian traffic in compliance with the ADA.
Sidewalk Repair Contractual Services* - Funds are provided for 3,800,000 3,800,000
sidewalk repair to safely separate vehicular and pedestrian traffic in
compliance with the ADA.
Sidewalk Engineering Consulting Services* - Funds are provided 2,700,000 2,300,000
to pay for engineering consulting services for sidewalk repair work.
Sidewalk Repair Incentive Program* - Funds are provided to allow - 1,000,000
the City to leverage sidewalk repair costs by sharing costs with
property owners. This helps to safely separate vehicular and
pedestrian traffic in compliance with the ADA.
