This program provides for administrative studies, management surveys, and systems analyses of operating
departments and bureaus, and of governmental organization and operations. Included in this program is the
Innovation and Performance Commission support, the Office of the Inspector General for Revenue Collection
and staff supporting the implementation and monitoring of the City's Comprehensive Homeless Strategy.

12. Federal Grant Monitoring and Reporting 179,229 - 267,865
Add nine-months funding and resolution authority for two
positions consisting of one Administrative Analyst and one
Senior Administrative Analyst II. These positions will assist with
the increased workload of monitoring and reporting on federal
grants, including Federal Emergency Management Agency and
American Rescue Plan grants, associated with the COVID-19
Pandemic. Related costs consist of employee benefits.
