This revenue is received when the controlling interest of a legal entity holding real property is transferred. Fiscal
year 2010-11 marks the first year of its collection. This revenue can be erratic, exhibiting significant fluctuations
from month to month, which is best exemplified by a $12.4 million transfer received in August 2015 (not shown).
The variability of receipts makes this revenue difficult to project. The revised 2020-21 estimate assumes the 12-
mo average of receipts for the last three months of the fiscal year, excluding January's high remittance. The 2021-
22 revenue assumes average monthly receipts.
